I went to United Auto Repair and Body Shop because someone recommended it, and I met a mechanic named Wali. I told him this was my first car—a second-hand 2011 Toyota Prius hybrid—and that I didn’t know much, so I trusted him to guide me. He checked the car and told me I just needed new brake pads, rotors, one wheel bearing, and a left wheel speed sensor. I asked him multiple times if anything else was needed, and he confidently said no. I got the work done and even gave him a tip. Two months later, I started hearing noise from the back left side. I went back, and he said I needed to change another wheel bearing. Again, I asked him to double-check if more needed to be done—he said no, just this one. I agreed, but the noise was still there. I returned again the next day, and now suddenly he says I should change all the bearings. Really? Why didn’t he find the issue the first time? At this point, I went to another shop. That mechanic fixed the noise for just $20—problem gone. By then, I had already paid Wali almost $1,200, including over $600 on repairs that didn’t solve the problem (besides the brake and rotor work, which were fine). This is the best place whatever you need or whatever you want to your car. Thanks to Azam miah He treat me like his brother . I really appreciate it Some one stole my car front end. I was really disappointed. Azam miah take the risk and do the best job, Which is what I want . They are very professional . If you want to do something to your car You can go ahead to them They will take care of you .
